We Recover Loudly is a small, independent brand. Everything we make is designed with care, packed by hand, and made to order. We want you to love what you buy, but we also need to be upfront about what we can and can’t accept when it comes to returns.
Made to Order
Most of our products are made to order. That means once you hit “buy”, your piece is printed or produced especially for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or “just not my vibe”. Please check the product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering and if you’re unsure, just drop us an email before you buy.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re human, and sometimes things go wrong but we’ll always make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@werecoverloudly.com with:

A short description of the issue

A clear photo of the item
Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
As everything is printed or made to order, we can’t offer size or design exchanges.
If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order once your refund (if applicable) is processed.
Returns Shipping
If we approve a return, we’ll let you know how to send your item back. You’ll need to cover return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Custom or Personalised Items
We’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for custom, personalised, or collaboration items unless they’re faulty. These are one-of-a-kind; just like the people who wear them.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@werecoverloudly.com. All items are sent with tracking information so we will try our best to find it but if it’s gone completely rogue, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
