Welcome to We Recover Loudly, a community, a movement, and an online store celebrating recovery, rebellion, and self-expression.  These Terms of Service (“Terms”) tell you how we run things around here. By visiting our website or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before ordering and don’t worry, we promise to keep it simple.

1. Who We Are

We Recover Loudly is a UK-based small business creating apparel, gifts, and products that celebrate recovery, mental health, and individuality.  Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Using Our Site

You agree to use our site responsibly — that means:

  • Not using it for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Not trying to hack, copy, or disrupt the site

  • Not sharing offensive, hateful, or abusive content

Basically: be decent humans. We’re here to build community, not chaos.

3. Products & Availability

We do our best to keep product info, prices, and images accurate but mistakes can happen.  We may correct errors, update information, or change prices at any time without notice.  Most of our items are made to order, so availability can vary. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

4. Orders & Payments

When you make a purchase, you’re agreeing that:

  • You’re providing accurate, up-to-date info

  • You’re authorised to use the payment method provided

  • You understand most items are made to order and not returnable unless faulty

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.


5. Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees as we rely on external couriers who sometimes take the scenic route.  We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  You can find full delivery details in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We’re a small business, and most of our items are printed or made to order.
We don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right. Check out our Returns & Refunds Policy for all the details.

7. Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.  We don’t sell your data, spam you, or do anything shady — ever.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and photos on this site belong to We Recover Loudly unless stated otherwise.  Please don’t copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without permission.  Support the artists, don’t steal their work.

9. Community & Conduct

We’re a recovery-positive space.  Hate speech, discrimination, or trolling in any form won’t be tolerated on our social channels, email, or anywhere connected to We Recover Loudly.  We reserve the right to block, ban, or cancel orders if behaviour goes against our community values.

10. Limitation of Liability

We Recover Loudly isn’t responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that comes from using our products or website beyond what’s legally required.  We make products with care and heart, but you use them at your own discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new policies, laws, or vibes.
The latest version will always be available on this page.  Please check back occasionally.
