We Recover Loudly is a small, independent brand based in the UK.  Everything we make is designed, packed, and sent with care (we save the chaos for the designs!).  Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Where We Ship

Right now, we only ship within the UK.
We’d love to go global — and we will — but we’ve hit a bit of import drama with the USA (cheers, customs).  We’re working on it and hope to open up international shipping to all other countries, not just the US, early next year.  Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on socials for updates.

2. Processing Time

Most of our items are made to order, meaning they’re created just for you once you’ve placed your order.  Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to arrive.  If we’re extra busy (like during product launches or Christmas), it might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

3. Delivery Times

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Royal Mail or another reliable UK courier.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Tracked 48 Shipping (if selected): 1–3 working days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees as once your parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the postal gods.

4. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat £3.50 shipping fee for UK orders under £75.  Orders £75 and over ship FREE (UK only).  Need it faster then please get in touch; we will try our best to accommodate but there may be an extra charge,  

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking as standard via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please email hello@werecoverloudly.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
Sometimes parcels take a scenic route, especially around the end of the year, but if it’s lost, we’ll make it right.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.  If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you but reshipping will require an additional postage charge.

8. Packaging

We try to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging wherever possible.  Your order may arrive in recycled mailers or boxes — they might not be pretty, but they’re planet-friendly.  We are always looking for ways to make packaging more sustainable both for the environment and for our costs so things will evolve over time.  

9. Pre-Orders & Collaborations

If you’ve ordered a pre-order item or a collaboration drop, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.  Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once everything’s ready.
